Shipping & Returns

Currently We only deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

 


Returns Policy 
 

Our returns policy states that we are happy to exchange or offer store credit for merchandise items if returned within one month of purchase (28 days), provided the goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging and accompanied by a valid Toys4You receipt.
Our returns policy will be the Managers decision on each individual case.  For product integrity and hygiene reasons we are unable accept a return if it has been opened.
Most items are covered for up to one year against manufacturing faults, unless otherwise specified. Your receipt is your proof of purchase and your warranty.


 Shipping

In general if your order is received before 12 noon Monday to Friday Toys4You will dispatch it that day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be dispatched the next business day.Delivery takes place Monday to Friday and will arrive with you usually within 3 working days of our dispatch. Delivery may take 4 working days for remote homes in rural areas.
Our couriers require a signature on delivery or will leave a message so that you can contact them to rearrange a more convenient time for delivery.
So if you are buying a gift for delivery to another address please ensure someone will be at that address for delivery during the working day. Also it is critical that you give us a telephone number for the person receiving the delivery.

Free Shipping applies to all orders over  €50 excluding orders with large bulky items. Large bulky items are typically products that weight over 35kg. Should free shipping not apply to your order you will see the shipping cost displayed when you click ‘Add to Basket’

Standard Shipping Charges if order is under €49.99:

Standard Shipping Charge €5.00

Shipping Charges for Large Bulky Items:

You will be informed in advance of shipping costs.
